You will collaborate with sales divisions, internal teams, customers, and manufacturers while delivering top-notch solutions.
Your role involves pre-sale and post-sale services in AV system networking and controls. Key Responsibilities:
- Design AV solutions and create technical drawings
- Provide remote and in office customer support
- Plan and program AV product demonstrations
- Collaborate with the Service department as needed
- Conduct competitive product analysis and stay current on technologies Requirements:
- 3-5 years in AV as a designer, manager, or technician
- Strong knowledge of audio, video, and networking
- Degree in AV, Electronics, or related field
- Familiarity with Microsoft and Apple OS
