Elevate staff training as a Training Lead within Island Health's Registration Practice and Reliability. Focus on mentoring staff and enhancing processes while ensuring patient safety.

In this temporary full-time role, you will report to the Regional Manager of Registration. Your five-plus years of expertise will guide the orientation, education, and reliability initiatives for Registration and Patient Placement staff. You will develop educational strategies, implement new processes, and promote a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate training sessions for Registration staff • Implement Data Quality programs effectively • Ensure compliance with registration standards • Guide mentorship for new and existing staff • Promote a positive learning culture and practices

Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field • At least five years' experience in a complex setting • Valid BC Driver's License • Advanced skills in Excel and SharePoint • Knowledge of health information management
