Process redemption requests and transactions related to individual annuity contracts
Code and update information in computer systems, including contract issuances, deposits, transfers, and other transactions
Ensure accuracy and compliance of documentation associated with transaction requests
Process a high volume of diverse requests within established service standards and deadlines
Contribute to operational quality in a fast-paced individual savings and retirement environment
Follow established policies and procedures while supporting clients and business partners
Requirements
Able to commute to the office and work on-site daily
Proficiency with various computer applications and systems
Accuracy, meticulousness, and attention to detail
Excellent judgment, autonomy, and prioritization skills
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively under pressureRelevant experience in an administrative, operational, or transaction-processing environment is considered an asset
Intermediate English proficiency
Ability to process transaction files,
respond to clients and internal teams, and communicate daily with clients or financial institutions
