We're looking for motivated candidates to enhance our Transmission Department. As a Technician, you will perform parts cleaning, pick transmission cores, and teardown transmissions. Your attention to detail is crucial for inspections and surface preparation, all while working closely with senior personnel.
Key Responsibilities: • Perform parts cleaning and inspection of transmission cores • Tear down transmissions and prepare surfaces for coating • Paint casings and accessories as needed • Finish and package completed transmissions • Train new team members on processes
Requirements: • 1-2 years of relevant work experience • Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail • Ability to lift items weighing up to 49 lbs • Experience with basic hand tools in production • Self-motivated with minimal supervision needed
