Responsibilities

- Complete TMS interface batch reconciliations and postings.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end procedures, including invoice posting, cost allocations, accruals, intercompany transactions, and other related activities.
- Assist in developing checks-and-balances tools within the month-end process to ensure reporting accuracy and completeness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain required information promptly and ensure updates are incorporated into month-end reporting procedures.
- Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations in a timely manner; analyze, investigate, and resolve discrepancies, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Perform reconciliations between various billing systems and the ERP to ensure data integrity.
- Conduct financial analysis to support ongoing financial operations.
- Participate in system implementation/migration and process-improvement projects.
- Assist with interim and year-end audit preparation.
- Support additional reporting requirements, including external customer reporting.
- Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process.

- 3) Advanced Excel Skills
