In this role, you will assess financial health through plan valuations, calculate benefits, and assist with pension plan design. Your strong analytical skills and team-oriented mindset will support the sustainability of pension programs for diverse organizations. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate pension plans through regular financial assessments
- Calculate benefits based on service, salary, and retirement age
- Advise plan sponsors on suitable contribution levels
- Assist in the design and modification of pension structures Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Actuarial Science or related field
- Completion of at least 2 SOA or CIA exams
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- Strong analytical and communication skills
