Lead Acute Care and Emergency services at Alberta Health Services in Rocky Mountain House. This key managerial role focuses on team leadership and delivering patient-centered care. As the Manager – Acute Care/Emergency, you will oversee activities within a 31 bed unit and a 24-hour Emergency Department.

Your experience in nursing leadership is essential for fostering effective team dynamics and improving patient care services. In this position, you will also manage the operating budget, resource allocation, and ensure compliance with quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Direct team operations in Acute Care and Emergency
- Recruit and evaluate staff performance in the department
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and patient safety




- Manage resources effectively within the budget constraints
- Build cooperative relationships with multidisciplinary teams Requirements:
- Bachelor of Nursing degree or relevant experience
- Minimum three years nursing experience in last five years
- One year of leadership experience in healthcare
- Active practice permit with CRNA or equivalent
