Bilingual (English & French) API Support Analyst Location: Toronto, ON Hybrid (3-4 days a week in office) Employment Type: Contract Pay Rate: CAD 70-75/hour Incorporated Bilingual communication skills (English & French). Experience5+ years of application support experience| including API and integration support. Hands-on experience with REST APIs| JSON| XML| OAuth| JWT| SSL/TLS| and API security concepts.
L2/L3 Production Support experience for enterprise applications and integrations. Solid understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP)| API troubleshooting| authentication| request/response analysis| and vendor integrations.
Experience with API management/testing tools such as Postman| Swagger| Apigee| MuleSoft| or API Gateway platforms. Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk| Dynatrace| AppDynamics| or ELK.
