Splash N’ Learn is seeking an Aquatic Supervisor to supervise lessons, guide instructors, and ensure a fun, protected, and supportive environment for all swimmers in Barrie. You will work closely with the aquatic and management teams to deliver high-quality programs.
You’ll manage lesson progress, ensure accurate records, mentor staff, and uphold safety standards while fostering a positive team culture and community engagement.
