Lead our lifeguard team at MNP Community & Sport Centre as the Aquatic Operations Coordinator. Ensure exceptional service and safety while managing daily operations at our aquatics facility. This on-site position involves 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends. As the Aquatic Operations Coordinator, you will provide operational leadership for our lifeguard team.

Key responsibilities include scheduling, training, and ensuring compliance with safety and service standards. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage lifeguard team scheduling and coverage
- Maintain staff certification and performance records
- Assist with payroll processing and inventory tracking
- Promote aquatic programs and engage with customers
- Support team development through coaching and meetings Requirements:
- Minimum two years in supervisory aquatics roles
- Current CPR Level C and Standard First Aid certifications
- National Lifeguard and Swim Instructor certifications
- Solid communication and customer engagement skills
