- Advise on asset management strategies and policies
- Implement effective asset management tools and practices
- Conduct asset condition assessments and evaluations
- Collaborate with departments on reports and performance tracking
- Develop and facilitate related training and communication Requirements:
- Degree in engineering, architecture, or relevant field
- Five years of experience in asset management or similar
- Strong organizational and analytical capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
