- Manage the student experience of a section of students in the Full time MBA program, including academic advising and program supports leading to successful matriculation
- Serve as liaison with core faculty
- Support tutors
- Manage assignment delivery schedules
- Coordinate pre-term and term meetings for effective program delivery
- Act as the first point of contact for program-related enquiries
- Advise students on program and course matters, considering personal circumstances and individual backgrounds
- Identify learning and performance needs through student inquiries
- Develop student assessment plans supporting learning outcomes and competencies
- Assess benchmarks and metrics for student success programming activities
- Develop program and initiative components advancing program objectives
- Activate community-building events
- Support the student club ecosystem
- Assist students at key points throughout their MBA journey
- Foster positive relationships with the campus community

Requirements

- Master's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience
- Minimum four years working in student support services
- Experience in student academic advising
- Experience planning virtual and in-person events for groups of 5 to 300
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, AirTable, Zoom, and MS Teams
- Demonstrated experience with ROSI, CRM, and other records management systems
- Experience with Mail Chimp,



Salesforce, or other e-communication tools
- Experience managing faculty, staff, and student stakeholder groups while balancing different needs and priorities
- Prior experience with graduate business students and familiarity with international students' needs (asset)
- Experience supporting students with accommodation and accessibility needs and familiarity with health and wellness resources (asset)
