Allan | Law & Policy is a Toronto-based boutique law, regulatory and policy firm advising cutting-edge clients in the transportation, energy and climate sectors, with particular expertise in electric vehicles (EVs), EV charging and climate regulations and energy project finance. We're hiring an associate lawyer to join our team — this is an active vacancy for a recent full-time role. This is a hybrid role with an expected 2–3 days per week in our downtown Toronto office at 30 Adelaide.

You'll work closely with our founder on team-based files, with a mix of contract drafting, deal management and regulatory advisory work. Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario Strong contract drafting skills Background in commercial or corporate finance law Genuine interest in regulatory work Bonus points for: Energy, climate, or transportation electrification regulatory experience Compensation of CAD $120,000 base,
