Orangeville Toyota is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Internal Service Technicianto add to our high-performing service team in Orangeville. Orangeville Toyota is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.
As an Internal Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and reconditioning used vehicles before they are offered for sale. You’ll play an important part in ensuring every vehicle meets our quality and safety standards while helping our Sales team get inventory ready for customers.
We are looking for a licensed 310S Technician; however, we are also open to a strong 3rd-year Apprentice Technician with solid shop experience.
Compensation:Base annual salary + Bonus, ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 a year.

What You’ll Do
- Complete mechanical inspections of used vehicles to identify required repairs and maintenance
- Perform vehicle reconditioning and mechanical repairs to prepare vehicles for resale
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns
- Complete safety-related repairs and ensure vehicles meet required standards
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative repairs, including brakes, suspension, steering, exhaust, and other mechanical components
- Review inspection findings and communicate recommended repairs to the appropriate team members
- Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficient, and to dealership quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Complete repair orders and documentation accuratelyComplete repair orders and documentation accurately
- Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and workplace safety procedures
What We Look For:
- If not licensed, 3rd Year Apprenticeship required.
- Valid Driver's License (Class G) with a clean driving record.
- Experience working in a technician position.
- Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work well with a team.
- A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
