We are seeking a dynamic and talented Barber/Stylist to join our vibrant team! Responsibilities

Provide professional hair cutting, styling, coloring, and grooming services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs

Deliver outstanding customer service by listening carefully, communicating clearly, and ensuring client satisfaction

Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace following health and safety regulations to guarantee a safe environment for clients and staff

Assist clients with product recommendations and upselling retail items to enhance their experience and meet sales goals





Manage front desk duties such as scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and handling payments efficiently

Stay current on the latest hair trends, techniques, and industry best practices through ongoing education

Foster a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals

Experience

Previous experience as a barber or stylist in a professional salon or barbershop setting is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is highly valued

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients

Knowledge of hair styling techniques, coloring processes, and sanitation protocols

Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine client relationships

Experience handling front desk operations such as appointment scheduling, cash handling, and client check-in/out processes is a plus A proactive attitude with excellent communication skills to ensure transparent understanding of client needs and preferences

Pay: $15.00-$39.83 per hour.

Expected hours: 40.0 per week.
