Billing Clerk

Fuze HR Solutions is partnering with our client to recruit a detail-oriented and organized Billing Clerk for a full-time, fully onsite opportunity in Paris, Ontario. This role plays a vital part in supporting client-facing teams by ensuring accurate and timely financial administration and billing execution.

Position Details

- Position: Billing Clerk
- Location: Paris, Ontario (Fully Onsite)
- Shift: Day Shift – Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
- Compensation: $53,000 per year
- Reports To: Manager, Client Services

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process daily, weekly, and monthly billing by gathering documentation and entering data accurately into the system.
- Collaborate and follow up with Project Managers to resolve missing or inconsistent billing information and ensure invoice accuracy.
- Maintain the accuracy of Installation and Decor Purchase Order (PO) requests with clients and manage PO request trackers.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, code of ethics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Comply with all health and safety legislation,



including the Occupational Health and Safety Act of Ontario and the Workplace Safety Insurance Act.
- Perform a variety of general clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Post-secondary education.
- Previous billing experience is considered an asset, but training is provided.
- Solid attention to detail and exceptional data entry accuracy.
- Excellent customer service, objection handling, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in PC-based software applications, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Superior organizational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize daily tasks effectively.
- Ability to work seamlessly both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
