- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and service-level targets with the team

- Maximize guest frequency, sales, and acquisition of recent customers

- Maximize capsule, accessories, and machine sales

- Evaluate service quality and use mystery shopper results to implement customer service action plans

- Support company programs by motivating and instructing the team to meet operational and organizational objectives

- Recruit, hire, and motivate the team to provide exceptional customer service consistent with the brand image

- Delegate responsibilities with the Boutique Manager to ensure smooth operations

- Review KPIs to identify problems, concerns, and improvement opportunities

- Implement SOPs and guidelines covering compliance, risk management, and health and safety

- Monitor and manage schedules

- Plan and prioritize annual sales and wage-cost targets with the Boutique Manager

- Manage staffing, monthly reports, cash, and inventory using operational tools

- Perform stock spot checks and assist with inventories and deliveries

Requirements

- 4-5 years of high-volume retail management experience

- Luxury retail experience is an asset

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and plan multiple priorities

- Strong team-building skills with a history of effective team coaching and development





- Effective time management, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

- Passion for coffee and sustainability

- Experience in the food or coffee space is an asset

- Ability to stand for an entire working day

- Ability to repeatedly lift a maximum of 23 kgs
