The Building

Operator is a key role reporting to the Facilities Manager, focusing on the effective operation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Your expertise will contribute significantly to maintaining educational facilities that support over a thousand students and staff. Emphasizing safety and compliance, you will also manage contractors and routine inspections to ensure all requirements are met. Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain all building systems, including HVAC and plumbing
- Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance tasks




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes
- Supervise contractors for maintenance and repair work
- Assist with emergency procedures and seasonal operations Requirements:
- Technical diploma or certification in related discipline
- 3-5 years experience in facility maintenance
- Knowledge of Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS)
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Valid Class 5 driver's license Contribute to a safe and welcoming educational environment with your skills in building operations and facility management.
