Lifemark Health Group in Ottawa is seeking a full-time Care Coordinator to foster a strong relationship between the clinic and its customers, including patients, staff, funders and referral sources, by delivering effective administrative support with friendly, professional service. You will manage patient intake, data entry, telephone and email communications, invoicing and payments, and coordinate clinic activity, while supporting the Care Coordinator Manager and Clinic Director on-site at 1887
