As the Director of Care, you will be at the forefront of clinical and operational leadership, managing a compassionate team while fostering a culture of equity and safety. Your role will involve delivering compassionate, person-centered care and taking an active part in shaping a new 10-suite hospice residence slated to open in 2027. Collaborating closely with various leaders, you will ensure high standards align with Hospice Niagara’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:



• Provide clinical leadership for the hospice residence • Ensure evidence-informed palliative care delivery • Foster cultural safety and equity in operations • Manage staffing and resource utilization effectively • Oversee compliance, risk management, and quality activities

Requirements: • Registered Nurse with CNO certification • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent • Minimum five years of leadership experience • Strong commitment to cultural safety and equity • Solid understanding of hospice and palliative care
