- Write accurate estimates for vehicle damage and repairs
- Guide customers through the repair process accurately
- Ensure compliance with all insurance requirements
- Update ASE promptly with customer interaction details
- Participate in daily production walks with management Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year estimating experience in collision repair
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Mitchell and Qapter software
- Strong knowledge of repair practices and OE guidelines
