Connective in Canada is seeking an Outreach Support worker to assist clients referred by Community Living British Columbia in adjusting to life in the community. The role requires flexible hours, weekend availability, and a commitment to safe, healthy, and inclusive services.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Certificate in Social Services and strong English communication skills. Starting wage is $29.22 per hour with competitive benefits; unionized workplace and portability of service hours
