Walmart is seeking a Compliance Lead to drive compliance and safety awareness at our Rouyn-Noranda facility. This role focuses on training, assessment, and continuous improvement of compliance programs. As a Compliance Lead, you'll collaborate with Store and Market Management, ensuring associates are educated on various compliance areas.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring compliance controls, identifying root causes of issues, and implementing corrective actions that enhance trust with all stakeholders. You'll play a key role in supporting compliance execution across essential areas like Health & Safety, Environmental, and Food Safety. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver compliance training for all levels within the facility




- Conduct assessments for various compliance areas
- Analyze data to identify and address program execution gaps
- Participate in regulatory visits and manage resolutions
- Conduct safety walks and inspections Requirements:
- Must be 16 years or older
- Ability to foster communication with management teams
- Experience in compliance or safety roles preferred
- Skills in data analysis and corrective action planning
