Our client, a healthcare communications agency, is looking for a Creative Resource Manager on a freelance contract basis, hybrid in Toronto, ASAP! Manage resource allocation across creative, editorial, QA, and development teams Coordinate staffing for copywriters, designers, art directors, editors, banner developers, and QA resources Support workload forecasting and team capacity planning Provide seamless coverage during Resource Manager absences Partner closely with team leads to ensure projects are appropriately staffed Experience with resource/project management tools ( Smartsheet preferred, not required)
