As Lead
Hand, you will coach Crew Scheduling Coordinators to ensure effective scheduling operations while promoting compliance with Transport Canada regulations.
Your responsibilities will include enhancing team knowledge, operational excellence, and contributing to productive crew management. Key Responsibilities:
- Support and coach Crew Scheduling Coordinators daily
- Assist in the execution of crew scheduling operations
- Promote compliance with collective agreements and regulations
- Coordinate onboarding and training activities for coordinators
- Monitor training requirements and follow-ups for flight crews Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Minimum three years in crew management or airline operations
- At least one year in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of Canadian Aviation Regulations
