We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support customers across the industrial motors sector. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for distributors, OEMs, and end users, ensuring a seamless experience from quote requests through order fulfillment.

Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries primarily through email while maintaining exceptional service levels





Accurately process and input customer orders promptly, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met

Prepare quotations, pricing requests, stock checks, and product availability information

Precisely handle credits and Return Goods Authorizations (RGAs)

Maintain comprehensive customer files and data

Coordinate technical inquiries and liaise with internal departments to ensure timely resolutions

Manage competing priorities while delivering same-day responses whenever possible

Successful candidates will have

2+ years of customer service, order processing, or inside sales support experience

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word

Ability to learn technical products, specifications, and industry terminology quickly

French communications is an asset

Proven experience handling high volumes of customer inquiries and requests

Manufacturing, motor, distribution or industrial work experience will be a strong asset
