Cut-Over & Transition Readiness Lead | Drive a Major Cargo ERP Transformation to CHAMP Cargospot Neo

Agilus is recruiting for a Cut-Over & Transition Readiness Lead in the travel industry in a hybrid work environment in Dorval, Quebec. We are seeking an experienced Cut-Over & Transition Readiness Lead to support a large-scale Cargo Management System transformation. This strategic role will lead cut-over planning, transition readiness, synchronization design, operational readiness, and go-live planning activities for the migration from a legacy cargo platform to CHAMP Cargospot Neo.

The successful candidate will work across technology, operations, commercial, and finance teams to ensure a controlled, low-risk transition while maintaining uninterrupted cargo operations.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the overall cut-over strategy, sequencing, and transition readiness framework

Define go/no-go criteria, readiness gates, transition milestones, and operating models

Lead planning for legacy-to-target system synchronization during phased deployment activities

Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and third-party vendors to achieve transition objectives

Identify and manage operational, technical, and business dependencies across all workstreams

Successful candidates will have

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering,



or a related discipline, or equivalent experience

Minimum 7 years of experience leading large-scale IT transformation, ERP implementation, or enterprise migration programs

Proven experience managing cut-over planning, transition readiness, and go-live activities for complex technology initiatives

Experience delivering phased deployments, parallel-run operations, and legacy-to-target system migrations

Solid understanding of system integrations, data synchronization, enterprise applications, and dependency management
