Summary

The Designated Sales Associate (DSA) develops deep, long-lasting relationships with customers and is accountable for achieving personal and brand sales targets. This commission-based role requires delivering exceptional service, expert product knowledge, and supporting brand initiatives on the sales floor. The DSA works collaboratively with store and vendor partners to drive loyalty and sales growth.

Responsibilities

- Consistently deliver extraordinary service and exceed personal and brand sales targets

- Build, acquire, and retain a loyal personal client base through proactive outreach and follow-up

- Share expert-level product knowledge with the selling team and participate in educational sessions

- Maintain strong relationships with buyers, vendors, and selling management

- Identify and act on marketing opportunities, assist with event execution, and recommend assortments

- Perform floor recovery,



visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks

- Communicate regularly with clients via phone, mail, and electronic channels about events and requests

- Resolve customer service issues and elevate to selling management when necessary

Requirements

- High school diploma

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a commission-based sales environment

- Prior luxury retail or product specialist sales experience preferred

- Fully bilingual in French and English

- Able to work a adaptable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

- Entrepreneurial, competitive, self-motivated, collaborative, and able to multi-task

- Comply with health, safety, privacy, and cyber security policies
