Connective is seeking a Director, Development & Acquisitions to lead feasibility analysis, acquisitions underwriting, and capital strategy for a growing Western Canada housing portfolio.

Reporting to the Chief Real Estate Development Officer, you will build pro formas, coordinate consultants, and prepare board-level recommendations in a lean, entrepreneurial workplace with hybrid BC work arrangements.
