The Director of Operations will lead and optimize a dynamic, multi-modal freight operation spanning over-the-road, ocean, air, and rail.

Provide day-to-day operational leadership across all modes of transportation, ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency Drive margin improvement through disciplined cost control, pricing alignment, and carrier/vendor negotiations Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and leadership to support customer growth, onboarding, and retention initiatives Identify and mitigate operational risks while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices Champion continuous improvement initiatives across processes, technology utilization,



and team performance 10+ years of progressive experience in transportation and logistics operations, with deep exposure to over-the-road, ocean, air, and rail freight ~ Minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role managing teams and complex, multi-modal operations. ~ Solid commercial acumen with a proven ability to balance service excellence with margin discipline. ~ Demonstrated success building structure and scalability within a growing organization. ~ Excellent communication, team leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
