TFT Global Inc. is seeking a Claims and Disability Management lead to oversee WSIB, STD, and return-to-work programs across all TFT locations. You will coordinate medical information, manage claims, and partner with HR, insurers, and medical professionals to optimize outcomes.

The role requires solid organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with ability to travel between TFT locations and support multiple shifts as needed.
