Outstanding Canadian Entertainment in Ajax, Ontario, is seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor who will lead and coordinate activities of a workstation or restaurant, ensuring high-quality food production across outlets under the direction of the Executive Sous Chef.

You will manage staff, monitor costs, uphold health and safety standards, train junior cooks, and collaborate with Che de Partie to meet daily menu requirements while delivering a consistent guest dining experience.
