As a key member of the Emergency Department, you will focus on assessment, intervention, education, and patient advocacy.

The position requires a current registration with the Ontario College of Nurses and a baccalaureate degree in Nursing is preferred. You will actively participate in the Philosophy of Person-Focused Care while ensuring a high standard of care. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide primary care for Emergency and Trauma patients
- Collaborate with the health care team and support families




- Conduct assessments and interventions based on best practices
- Advocate for patients’ needs and preferences
- Educate patients and families on recovery and care plans Requirements:
- Current registration with the Ontario College of Nurses
- Baccalaureate degree in Nursing preferred
- Two years of recent Emergency experience required
- Current A.C.L.S.

Certification and/or Basic Arrhythmia Course
