Your responsibilities include engaging with businesses, assessing candidates, and coordinating training opportunities. As part of a collaborative team, you will deliver Integrated Employment Services and support diverse populations in overcoming employment barriers. Key Responsibilities:

- Engage employers to identify and promote job opportunities
- Match participants with suitable job placements




- Negotiate placement agreements and training plans
- Monitor placements and provide coaching support
- Facilitate job search workshops and individual assistance Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in job placement services
- Knowledge of Employment Ontario programs
- Solid organizational and communication skills
