Travel: Light travel required.

As a Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the seamless delivery of strategic communication initiatives for their esteemed clients.

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop, execute, and manage comprehensive medical communication programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their objectives and consistently exceeding their expectations.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on‑time and within‑budget delivery of projects.
- Provide strategic insights to guide the development of compelling communication strategies tailored to the medical and scientific communities.
- Oversee content development processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with client goals.
- Foster solid relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and information exchange.
- Coordinate and lead client meetings, workshops and conferences, both virtually and in‑person as needed (light travel required).
- Stay updated on industry trends and scientific advancements to provide valuable insights to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree




- Bilingual fluency in English and French is essential.
- English‑speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and engage with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
