Michaels in Ottawa, Train Yards is seeking a Store Leader to guide a team of framers, build strong customer relationships and deliver custom framing solutions.

You will drive framing sales, coach selling behaviors, oversee inventory and safety, serve as Manager on Duty, and partner with the Store Manager to meet KPIs while delivering memorable shopping experiences. This role requires hands-on leadership in a busy retail workplace with flexible hours.
