Division as a Full time Educational Assistant in the LAWS Classroom at Spruce Grove Composite High School. This engaging role focuses on supporting students with functional and behavioral challenges through individualized and specialized educational programs. You will collaborate with teachers and provide tailored assistance to enhance learning outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Support one-to-one learning for high school students
- Assist students in physical education activities
- Implement Individual Program Plan (IPP) goals
- Chart and monitor student progress and behavior
- Provide personal care and support as needed Requirements:
- Educational Assistant Certificate or comparable education
- Experience with students facing cognitive and behavioral challenges
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention training is preferred
