- Assist donors with their donations in a professional manner




- Record donations accurately using the Donation Tracking form
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the backroom and sales floor
- Handle customer concerns efficiently and professionally

- Ability to work flexible shifts as assigned
- Can lift and carry 35 pounds
- Capability to stand for 6 to 8 hours daily
- Familiarity with safe lifting techniques
