Public Service Alliance of Canada (PSAC) in Montréal, QC seeks a labour relations skilled to support grievance and adjudication processes. Under the Senior Grievance & Adjudication Officer, you will represent members before boards and interpret the collective agreement.

You will research case law, interview witnesses, draft grievances, and negotiate settlements to avoid hearings. Strong English communication and the ability to work independently are essential.
