- Build a distinctive voice and creative identity across marketing
- Turn product launches, customer stories, hospitality insights, company moments, and product improvements into compelling content
- Create and launch campaigns, videos, landing pages, ad creative, customer stories, and experiments hands-on
- Use AI for research, ideation, prototyping, writing, design, editing, analysis, and automation
- Understand hospitality operators and develop resonant messaging
- Experiment across paid, organic, outbound, partnerships, events, content, social, and unconventional acquisition channels
- Work with sales on target accounts, campaigns, messaging, and follow-up
- Track the influence of ideas, campaigns, and channels on pipeline and revenue

Requirements

- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, creative marketing, content, brand, demand generation, or a related role
- A portfolio demonstrating strong creative judgement
- Excellent writing and storytelling ability
- Strong visual and creative instincts, even without formal design training
- Experience personally creating and launching campaigns
- Comfort experimenting across different mediums, formats, and channels




- Solid understanding of how creative work connects to acquisition, conversion, pipeline, and revenue
- Experience using modern AI and creative tools
- Strong analytical instincts and ability to learn from performance
- Ability to operate independently and turn loosely defined objectives into real work
