A leading organization is seeking an experienced Organizational Development and Change leader to help shape a future-ready workforce. This role will lead enterprise-wide initiatives across organizational design, workforce modernization, change management, employee experience, and people practices. Working closely with People & Culture, Technology, and senior leadership, this individual will help ensure employees, roles, capabilities, and ways of working evolve alongside digital transformation and emerging technologies, including AI.

Use workforce data, employee insights, and organizational diagnostics to inform structures, roles, policies, programs, and ways of working. Drive modernization and continuous improvement across people practices and frameworks. Transformation & Change Management Lead change management strategies supporting enterprise transformation, technology adoption, and evolving ways of working.

Support responsible, human-centred adoption of AI and emerging technologies. Leverage workforce analytics and qualitative insights to identify organizational risks, trends, and opportunities. Translate data and insights into practical workforce recommendations and actions.





Embed inclusion, accessibility, wellbeing, engagement, and employee experience considerations into organizational design, policies, and change initiatives. Support leaders in strengthening culture, adaptability, accountability, and organizational performance. Advise senior leaders on organizational change, workforce readiness, culture, technology adoption, and related people risks and opportunities.

Partner cross-functionally to align workforce strategy with broader transformation priorities. Approximately 6–9+ years of progressive experience in Organizational Development, Organizational Design, Change Management, Workforce Strategy, or a related area. Demonstrated experience leading organization-wide transformation and change initiatives.

Experience advising senior leaders on complex workforce and organizational matters. Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Organizational Behaviour, Business, Psychology, or a related discipline preferred.

Change

Management, OD, or HR qualified certifications are considered assets.
