Mercer is seeking a Health & Perks Consultant to work across Montreal, Quebec City, or Ottawa in a hybrid role requiring in-office presence at least three days a week. You will lead engagements with 500+ life employers on medical, dental, life, and disability plans, and negotiate with carriers to secure coverage.

Bilingual English/French communication is essential. The role also involves contributing to business development in the Montreal market, guiding renewals, plan design, and tool
