Position:

Full-time - 3rd Year Apprentice or Journeyman Transportation/Heavy Duty Mechanic

Trailer Mechanic

Location:

Vermilion AB

Responsibilities:

- Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on highway tractors and trailers
- Complete CVIP inspections (if certified)
- Troubleshoot electrical, air, and hydraulic systems
- Conduct preventative maintenance and detailed service reports
- Ensure repairs meet safety, quality, and manufacturer standards




- Work independently and as part of a team to maintain fleet readiness

Requirements:

- Trailer Mechanic certification
- 3rd year apprentice or journeyman ticket (Transportation/Heavy Duty)
- CVIP certification an asset
- Experience with truck and trailer systems, diagnostics, and general repair
- Robust mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work safely and follow company procedures
- Valid driver's licence
