YOUR MISSION

Under the supervision of the immediate superior, the incumbent will assume the responsibilities of a Housekeeping Attendant as well as those of an Housekeeping Supervisor:

Plan and coordinate daily work activities

Inspect designated areas to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety standards,



and company policies

Supervise a unionized workforce

Participate in the onboarding and integration of new employees

Perform room cleaning and upkeep

Replace the Housekeeping Manager when required

Good verbal communication skills in French

Additionally, the candidate must:

Have 1 to 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry

Have experience managing a work team

Be available to work weekends

Be comfortable working in a unionized environment

Schedule: Flexible schedule based on operational needs, including daytime dans weekend shifts (30 to 40 hours per week)
