Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mississauga, ON. This is a hands-on role for an HR professional who enjoys variety and wants exposure across the full employee lifecycle. • HR Administration • Set up new employees and coordinate new-hire documentation, payroll information, tax forms and benefits enrollment • Conduct HR new-hire orientations • Coordinate required workplace training, including WHMIS, Workplace Violence &

• Harassment and Health &

• Safety training • Process bi-weekly payroll ,

- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers • Assist in planning and coordinating employee engagement initiatives for our Mississauga and Guelph locations Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field • 2+ years of hands-on HR experience • Exposure to Canadian payroll, benefits or HR administration is an asset • Experience with recruitment, onboarding and benefits administration • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems;

experience with HR databases or payroll software is considered an advantage (Dayforce is highly prefered).
