CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation (People & Culture) to lead a small team in governance, design, implementation and continuous improvement of core total compensation programs. The role provides advisory services across HR and Industrial Relations and oversees ATIP responsibilities.

The position is hybrid/telework, with schedule discussed with the Hiring Manager in line with department guidelines.
