This is an opportunity to undertake substantive litigation work in a focused Toronto practice with direct collaboration with principal counsel, strong administrative support and a modern digital practice environment. Depending on experience, work may include Federal Court leave and judicial review matters, PRRA, RPD/RAD proceedings, IAD matters, sponsorship/refusal matters, inadmissibility, section 44 matters, immigration consequences of criminality, evidence review, client conferences and written advocacy.

Federal

Court experience is particularly valued. Regular office collaboration supports immediate discussion of strategy, efficient delegation, coordinated file management,
