Your responsibilities include offering professional claims counselling and ensuring transparent communication with clients throughout the claims process. The ideal candidate will have a customer-first attitude and strong attention to detail to thrive in a supportive team environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide clients through claims counselling conversations
- Communicate expectations and next steps clearly
- Gather information for New Loss Notices accurately
- Report new claims to the insurance company promptly
- Document all claims conversations using our systems Requirements:
- RIBO licence required
- Minimum 3 years of insurance experience required
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
