- Configure, maintain, and enhance business solutions to meet technical requirements
- Research and recommend solutions when analyzing functional requirements, use cases, and user stories
- Identify the opportunities and constraints of business solutions when developing business cases, and determine the required changes
- Provide technical support to users and contribute to incident and problem resolution by conducting analyses
- Analyze and report supplier-related issues and anomalies, and follow up with suppliers, users, and managers
- Organize user testing plans and scenarios
- Gather information to prepare procedures, user guides, and business solution documentation
- Train users

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic qualification in computer science, software engineering, or another relevant field
- Two years of experience related to the position’s responsibilities, specifically in the integration and support of software solutions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft Management Studio, Microsoft SQL queries, and Postman
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite, Microsoft Visio,



and Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
- Functional proficiency in spoken and written English is an asset
