Our financial services client is seeking a IT Project Manager (7+ years of experience) to drive Technology Infrastructure vulnerability management and patch management initiatives using Agile, Waterfall, and SDLC methodologies

Join a technology infrastructure initiative focused on improving the pace and consistency of vulnerability management and patch management activities within a banking environment. This role supports active infrastructure projects across UAT, PRD, and DR environments, coordinating script integration, installation, patching, validation, QA, and UAT activities. The position works closely with Technology Operations, Patch Engineering, and application teams to support standardized infrastructure update processes.

Contract, Toronto, Hybrid, 2 days/week in office.

Must Haves

- 7+ years in Project Management focused on Technology Infrastructure projects
- CSM certification leading Scrum teams
- Robust understanding of SDLC methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field

Nice to Have

- Experience in banking or financial services industry
- PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification

Responsibilities

- Develop project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables
- Coordinate project activities, tasks, and dependencies across infrastructure initiatives




- Drive developed scripts through UAT, PRD, and DR environments
- Partner with Patch Engineering teams to integrate scripts into Ansible
- Coordinate application teams for installation, patching, and validation activities
- Drive QA activities and UAT signoff for infrastructure updates
- Maintain project documentation including schedules, meeting minutes, and status reports
